We offer a warm welcome to anyone that needs a coffee and a chat so do pop in.
Our doors are open Monday to Wednesday from 8.45 -10.00 and 2.30 - 3.45.
We understand that visitors to the Centre have the right to expect any personal or sensitive issues to remain confidential.
We aim to support ALL members of the family from young babies to grandparents – teenagers this includes you!
So when life gets a bit too much and you need someone to talk to or need information, help and advice, remember that we
are here. We have information to hand on relationships, family violence and break ups, alcohol, drugs, racism, teenage
pregnancy, bereavement and much more. If we do not have the information to hand we promise to find out and get back to
