P.E. Challenges - Lockdown 3.0

The P.E. Department is leading the way in encouraging our students and staff to stay active during Lockdown 3.0.  

During lockdown, it is more important than ever to keep active and reap the benefits of physical activity. It's medically proven that regularly undertaking physical activity helps to; promote positive mental health, maintain body weight, lower blood pressure, increase muscle strength and function, improve bone health and strength, improve sleep and overall improve your quality of life.

We do hope that you have all been able to be active in some way, during this tough time and we are recognising your efforts with a House / Year Group Competition - click here for further information on the competition.

P.E Challenges

To give you ideas how to stay active, the P.E. Department will be posting a weekly fitness video, Yoga and two mini challenges to complete a week.  These can be accessed on the links in the table below, as and when they are released.

Please take pictures of your completed efforts to feature on the school websites. Results will be released weekly.
