P.E. Lockdown Challenge - Week 3

During lockdown, it is especially important to keep as fit and active as possible. This can help to look after your health and wellbeing.  To help everyone get physically active, in a fun way, the PE Department has decided to set a weekly physical challenge for students, parents / carers and staff to enjoy. 

The third week's Lockdown Challenge is by Mr Ward and is looking at learning how to juggle!  Juggling is a really useful skill which is helpful for developing co-ordination and will help to improve skill level in sports such as badminton, table tennis or hockey.  Mr Ward provides a step by step guide on how to build up from one ball to three in a series of simple progressions.
