Headteacher, Paul Foster, said, “Despite the fact that students in Year 11 were not able to show their knowledge and skills in formal examinations this summer, they deserve real credit and should feel proud of their academic achievements.  These represent an excellent set of results that reflect their hard work and dedication over the entire course of their GCSE studies and I wish them well in their chosen next steps.

Deputy Headteacher, Mr Day, was delighted that the hard work of students and teachers has been rewarded, and said, “We are extremely pleased with the level of effort and commitment of students over the last two years.  After a very uncertain, unsettling end to the year it has been a real pleasure to see so many excited students this morning.  We are confident that this group of students are well-equipped to go on to the next stage of their education and have a good foundation on which to build.

We look forward to welcoming many of them into Warlingham Sixth Form College in September to continue their learning and achievement and we wish everyone in the year group all the very best for the future. We would also like to acknowledge and thank the teachers and tutors for all of their support throughout the past two years.
